It’s up to you to take the first step. The first step will take some effort, maybe pain. But after that, everything that has to be done is real – life movement. Once you’re moving, you can keep moving.
If you can get up the courage to begin, you have the courage to succeed.
The only true failure lies in the failure to start. Eighty per cent of success is showing up.
